Vision-Focused Intensive™

Vision-Focused Intensives are 1 to 3-day workshops. These offsites are focused on the design of a Strategic Intent statement and integration of that new declaration with the findings of the assessment work resulting in the Hot Wired Strategic Plan™. The Strategic Intent statement includes shared vision, mission, values and big goals to facilitate the development and execution of your organization’s strategic intent. Catalytic Initiatives™ are designed to focus the team’s energies on the highest leveraged actions to fulfill the promise of the Strategic Intent. While any single part of this approach can be found in offerings by others, it is our methodology and application of our Leadership Choice Point – for integrating the core elements that produces breakthrough results. We recommend this program as the starting point for our work with your organization.


Leadership Sustainability™

Critical components of our work are sustained commitment and results. Most potential clients have learned, much to their disappointment, that annual offsites do not produce fulfillment. Most tell us “oh, yeah, we’ve done that before and it doesn’t work or make a difference.” Fundamental to success is the follow-up investment of time and energy to conduct periodic assessments to refresh and renew. Although we regularly custom design this part of the work to meet each client’s unique requirements, we recommend quarterly one day sessions to insure the time invested in developing the Hot Wired Strategic Plan is resulting in sustained commitment. This follow-up program utilizes our quantitative methodology to assess and identify priorities and measure progress on the Catalytic Initiatives.

Vision-Focused Strategy Assessment™

Our proprietary strategic assessment is truly unique. The first component is a quantitative analysis using participants’ responses compared to a best practices database in the areas of strategy, design and culture of your firm to develop a composite view of your most productive opportunities for initiatives. Using our Vision-Focused Leadership methodologies with this material, you will be able to identify where to apply your resources to gain the greatest return on investment and the highest likelihood of fulfilling your vision. We recommend this online assessment and debriefing as part of every strategic planning process.

Vision-Focused Leadership Profile™

Our proprietary profile is a combination of a quantitatively-based best practices assessment, a VFL-based debrief, and the creation of a personal leadership development plan. This profile allows leaders to quickly and efficiently get a complete picture of how successfully they are leading. We have found this profile to be an extremely useful starting place for our work facilitating leaders to their next level of leadership skill.

Leadership Boot Camp™

Our “boot camp” is designed to take your team to the next level in the development of their leadership skills. Boot Camp has several components. First, each team member does a Vision-Focused Leadership Profile resulting in a new level of understanding of their skills, and a personal leadership development plan. Next, the entire team does our 4 session Productive Interactions program customized for an “in house” experience. The combination of these elements results in new capacities for leadership and new levels of competency on your team.

Leadership Clinics™

After Boot Camp, we recommend a regular monthly program to sustain your results and prevent “backsliding” into old habits and ways of working together. These clinics continue to leverage the methodologies from Productive Interactions and participants gain greater facility and skills with the material. They also give participants the additional support to work on their personal leadership development plans.
