My primary focus is to help teams and groups increase their creativity and productivity through collaboration and innovation.

Jo Ann is a facilitator, trainer and workshop designer who intentionally creates environments where meaningful dialogue can emerge. She encourages leadership qualities as a conscious choice for everyone in an organization. This is based on the belief that an individual’s innate creativity, compassion, courage and the collective wisdom of a group can lead towards new models that engage people, create ideas and produce results.

As a facilitator and team-development designer, Jo Ann is known for her creative and decisive inquiry skills and integral systems knowledge. She has been facilitating groups and delivering training programs for corporate and non-profit organizations in the US and abroad for many years. Jo Ann loves to stimulate new ways of thinking. Some of her strongest attributes are her keen listening and acute questioning skills that probe for deeper understanding and connection.

Her passion for human development began while living, working and studying in Belfast, N. Ireland in the 70’s. This foundation of working with “divided communities” while earning a certificate from Ulster University in “Youth and Community Work” is fundamental in shaping her worldview today.  She graduated from the University of Oregon in Fine Arts. She earned a Training Specialist certificate from UW Extensions and two graduate certificates from Pacific Integral in Generating Transformational Change and KORE Leadership in Women’s Integral Leadership. Her past career positions in sales, marketing and training for both products and services in the wine, publishing and technology industries for 17 years has enhanced her corporate business knowledge.
