There is what I call the Wall street v Main street divergence and everyone is confused. My Members have growing businesses and they can't get materials. Hence, prices are going up. At the same time, the Wall Street Journal is talking about deflation and a double-dip. So, Vistage Members aren't sure whether to make a temp or a permanent hire.
