That&#039;s what I&#039;m seeing too. There is what I call the Wall street v Main street divergence and everyone is confused. My Members have growing businesses and they can&#039;t get materials. Hence, prices are going up. At the same time, the Wall Street Journal is talking about deflation and a double-dip. So, Vistage Members aren&#039;t sure whether to make a temp or a permanent hire. So far, they are responding to Wall Street and delaying permanent hires. SO, the cycle does not improve.
