2130 Partners Program Manager
Selina has been a part of the 2130 Partners team since 1995. As Program Manager, Selina is 2130 Partners’ first point of contact. She is responsible for all aspects of the Productive Interactions programs in Orange County including scheduling, course registration and coordination. She also works closely with company clients and assists in a variety of areas within the business.
Selina has personally done the Productive Interactions I™ course numerous times both as a participant and an observer. She has also completed the advanced course, Productive Interactions II™. As part of her goal to always be growing and stretching, she graduated from the 2130 Partners’ Facilitators’ training program in March 2008. As a result, she is currently involved in the facilitation and coordination of in-house Productive Interactions Programs with our top clients. She manages key portions of these programs including co-facilitating the lab application calls.
A Southern California native, Selina has a bachelor’s degree in Geography from California State University, Long Beach. Before joining 2130 Partners, she worked for many years with an Investment Management firm in Office Management and Human Resources.
Selina’s passions are her family, (her husband Rich and two teenage sons), and her church, where she is a small group leader for her Women’s Bible Study Group. Selina also enjoys traveling, running and reading.
