Patty is the CEO of Victory Coaching, an executive coaching company for business and personal success. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychological Sciences and continues to takes classes and seminars to develop her skills. 2130 Partners has a professional affiliation and partnership with Victory Coaching based on shared values and shared approaches to working with clients. We are excited to be working with Patty in a variety of ways including having her co-lead our Productive Interactions course.
Patty has a fun-loving style of Leadership Coaching that makes her clients feel at ease to explore all areas of business & life. Her company supports leaders and independent professionals in making powerful changes in their lives, careers and organizations. She is a Professional Keynote Speaker on Leadership, Motivation, and her Team Building Adventures are so fun and powerful there is nothing out there that compares! She walks her talk and it shows in her passion for life.
Patty came to coaching with over 15 years of business expertise in leadership management, team building, and marketing. She made her dream come true when she opened a tourism business in Scuba Diving, Whale Watching, and Sport fishing in a third world country, the Kingdom of Tonga, for six years and then successfully sold the company.
Her first book is a motivational book using surfing as a metaphor for life. She is currently working on the second book about her business experiences in a third world country.
She is also familiar with the day-to-day challenges of balancing work, family and health. She routinely volunteers her time to Rotary International and she was President of Monarch Beach Rotary in 2006/07. She also volunteers her time with a variety of other non-profit organizations.
Patty enjoys family, friends, good health and a variety of outdoor activities including competitive sailing, surfing, golfing, cycling, Scuba diving and photography. She loves to make a difference in people’s lives.
