Esther Weinberg has a 20-year track record of transforming executives and organizations through her executive coaching, team facilitation skills, and her leadership development speaking, writing and workshops. She has designed and delivered presentations and workshops globally on the subjects of leadership, organizational development, communication strategies and change. Esther facilitates groups and teams inside of companies as a role model and mentor. She facilitates strategy development and organizational planning sessions with executive teams.
Esther has known Suzanne and Dwight Frindt, Principals of 2130 Partners for a number of years and sources her work in alignment with 2130 Partners core methodology and Operating Principles.
Esther is a thought leader who shares her insights on effective leadership writing skills through a leadership column for the San Diego News Network (reaching 750,000 readers monthly), as a contributing author to the leadership book “Breaking Through” by author Barbara Stanny and through publishing her “Tracks” newsletter offering tips, tools and techniques on leadership and management. Esther’s book, “The Greatest Leadership on Earth: Mastering the Three Ring Circus” will be released in 2011.
As part of her international work, Esther returned from working in Uganda, Africa where she worked with the USAID program (United States government international aid organization) and several other NGO’s (non-governmental organizations) to implement organizational assessment/development processes, coach and develop leadership, build organizational capacity and launch advocacy and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She was recently the interim President of the global non-profit Success for Kids.
Prior to founding her leadership development and executive coaching firm, MindLight Group, Esther held executive positions with renowned companies in the digital media and cable industry. She was Vice President of Media Relations for Disney Media Networks, Toon Disney and SOAPnet; and teamed with executives at Disney’s partially owned networks – Lifetime Television, A & E Television Networks, The History Channel and E! As Director of Publicity and Senior Publicist with Fox Cable Networks, she pioneered the first New York-based media relations efforts for a general entertainment basic cable network and division of Fox Television network.
Esther graduated from New York University and CoachU, a top training program for professional coaches, and is a Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA).
