Amy is a master level coach, facilitator and strategic consultant with more than 20 years of leadership, management and coaching experience in the field of transformation and breakthrough technologies. Her passion and commitment are to rich, rewarding relationships and workplace environments that produce breakthroughs for individuals, teams and organizations as a whole.
In addition to leading programs, workshops and a customized coaching series, Amy speaks to organizations on topics including ”Vision-Focused Leadership,” “Healthy Conflict Engagement” and “Challenging the Best for the Great.”
Prior to joining 2130 Partners in 1997, Amy spent 15 years with a worldwide educational organization, successfully leading programs and developing program leaders. She began her training and coaching career for companies in the banking and finance markets.
Amy attended California State University at Long Beach, and is working on her Master of Divinity degree at this time. With education and growth as her focus, Amy continues to pursue advancing and revitalizing her scope of knowledge to the benefit of client organizations and community life.
